Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointment scheduling: appointments are preferred but not required.

SALON cancellation policy: All of our clients receive a confirmation call 24-48 hours in advance of their scheduled service. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we would appreciate notification within 24 hours of your reservation. We know that busy lives are always changing so please give us a call the day before and we'll happily reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time for you!

Service and Product Guarantee 
All services are guaranteed for one week after the original service. All products are guaranteed for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
